OLIVIA'S STORY
Olivia was a radiant soul—beautiful inside and out—who lived her life with conviction, passion, and deep purpose. She had just graduated from Clemson University with both an undergraduate and graduate degree in education and fulfilled her lifelong goal of becoming a teacher.

On May 26, 2024, Olivia passed away at the age of 23 due to complications from a congenital heart defect. Although she was born with this condition, it was repaired when she was four months old through open-heart surgery and she was expected to live a long and healthy life. Tragically, she suffered a heart arrhythmia and passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully in her sleep.
The Live Like Livy Foundation was established in honor of Olivia Katherine Sherry to spread the joy, love and benefits of reading and literacy through education, mentoring and community service.
